Whitelist (always accept certain senders)
If you find that emails from someone you know, or a newsletter, for example, are sometimes or always categorized incorrectly as spam, you can add the sender address of these emails to your whitelist. Email addresses on a whitelist will automatically be identified as «good», i.e. the emails from this sender will always land in your mailbox.
You can add certain email addresses or all email addresses from a certain domain to the whitelist. Enter individual emails to the list in the format «sender@domain.ending». To include an entire domain to the list, use the wildcard «*@domain.ending».
You can manage the whitelist as follows:
Open My Panel
In the spam filter configuration, select the desired email address and select «Configuring whitelists and blacklists».
Enter the email address or domain in the text field under «Whitelist» if you want the spam filter to exclude emails from this address/sender.
You can enter a specific email address (e.g. «sender@domain.ending») or «*@domain.ending» to block the entire domain.
Click «Add» to confirm your entry.
